Orders & Processing
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days following successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed via bank transfer will be processed once funds have been received and verified.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom & Isle of Man: 1–3 business days
- International: 3–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors.
Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking details will be provided where a tracked shipping method has been selected.
What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.
Payments
How does bank transfer work?
At checkout, select Bank Transfer (UK Faster Payments).
You will receive payment instructions after placing your order. Please use your order number as the payment reference.
Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
How long do I have to complete payment?
Orders are typically held for a limited period pending payment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order may be cancelled.
Products
What does “research use only” mean?
All products supplied by TNA Research are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only.
They are not intended for:
- human consumption
- veterinary use
- medical or therapeutic application
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. All products are supported by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming identity and purity. Documentation is available upon request.
What format are products supplied in?
Products are typically supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides in sealed vials.
Where available, alternative formats may be offered to support laboratory handling and workflow efficiency.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited.
Items must be:
- unopened
- unused
- in original sealed condition

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and supporting images. We will review and resolve the issue as appropriate.

Do you provide guidance on product use?
TNA Research does not provide guidance on use outside of general product information for research purposes.
