Orders placed via bank transfer will be processed once funds have been received and verified.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard and tracked shipping options where available. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom & Isle of Man: 1–3 business days
• International: 3–10 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Dispatch

All orders are securely packaged and dispatched using reputable courier and postal services.

Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays and Delivery Issues

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, TNA Research is not responsible for delays caused by:

• courier or postal service disruptions
• customs clearance processes
• adverse weather conditions
• incorrect or incomplete shipping information

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

TNA Research accepts no responsibility for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect address details, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping costs for redelivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• supporting images where applicable

We will review and resolve the issue as appropriate.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with local import regulations.

TNA Research is not responsible for items held, delayed, or seized by customs authorities.
