Returns & Refund Policy

General

Due to the nature of the products supplied by TNA Research, returns and refunds are strictly limited.

All products are sold for laboratory research and analytical purposes only and are handled accordingly.

Right to Cancel 

Customers may have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods.

However, this right does not apply where:

• Products have been opened, used, or altered
• Sealed goods are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
• Products have been prepared, customised, or reconstituted

To exercise the right to cancel, items must be:

• unused
• unopened
• in original sealed condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Any opened or used products
• Pre-reconstituted or prepared solutions
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Items not in original sealed condition

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photographic evidence

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer:

• a replacement
• or a refund

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued where:

• goods are returned in unopened and original condition (where eligible)
• or where items are confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Process

Returns must be approved in advance.

Customers must contact us before returning any item. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are refused, uncollected, or returned due to incorrect address details may not be eligible for a refund.

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
